The contract concluded in the frame of public procurement procedure includes the following tasks:
The task of the Agent selected in the frame of a public procurement procedure is to perform the activity of the ’Engineer’ under FIDIC, the full scale technical supervision of the implementation of the project, the execution of the test operations of the sub-projects, the supervision of the implementation of the Environmental Management Action Plan.
